A world of changes,

A walk through time,

A complex life

And you were mine.

Making wishes,

Till the crack of dawn,

Hearts broken,

Morals learned,

Truth’s spoken,

Lies that burned.

Holding on tight,

Staying strong when times get tough,

Reminiscing the past,

When saying ‘sorry’ wasn’t enough.
